12. Bergamot Oil : (Citrus aurantium) – The oil is expressed from the peel (rind) of Bergamot Orange. It is native to Italy & South East Asia. The oil is pale yellow in color and has a warm citrus odor. It is used in perfumery, cosmetics & aromatherapy. |

13. Bergamot Oil Bergaptene Free : The oil is expressed from the peel (rind) of Bergamot Orange. This variety is little different from the regular bergamot oil because of the absence of bergaptene in it. Bergaptene is toxic in nature and has phototoxic effects on the skin. Bergaptene free oil is considered to be a more safer and better if it has to be used in cosmetics and aromatherapy. |
